\nBut they’ll never show you the Palestinian child looking for his sister
\nso they could go home together.
\nCan’t show you the clip of the mutilated carcass of a husband
\nwho just turned his wife into a widow and wouldn’t grow old together.
\nCan’t show you the 2 African boys scraping meat with their teeth
\noff of one left over bone together.
\nWhile millions have been displaced or scattered
\nleft to wander alone or roam together.<\/p>\n

\nSee what started with a boy and grew into a few thousand men,
\nThey had a common goal in mind
\nand their aim was high:
\nTo replicate what Sudan did twice, in ’64 and ’85
\nand so revolutions sparked in Tunisia!
\nAnd in Egypt, civil war in Lybia, uprisings in Syria
\nthen in Yemen
\nto gain independence
\nno longer depending
\non corrupt leaders who insisted on pretending
\nthat the public interest was what they were protecting,
\nreally just neglecting.
\nI find it ironic how freedom only comes at the greatest of expenses.<\/p>\n
You see, the purpose of this Arab Spring was to bring about some change.
\nObama can speak about it but my brothers want to BE about it.
\nYou can’t see the truth on TV or even if you read about it.
\nYou won’t find it on facebook and I don’t follow if you tweet about it.
\nThey took hold of your mind’s eye and challenged you to see without it.
\nBut you cannot be fully free without it<\/p>\n
So take back your senses!
